From 7 to 12 June Mirage will be taking part in the Fuorisalone in Milan, the key event for the world of international interior design.

“INTERNI Design Re-generation” is the theme guiding this 2022 edition of Fuorisalone: a collaborative reflection on the meaning of design in space and in objects that seeks to stimulate new design, material and functional proposals, in which sustainability is a key feature of a new quality of life.

Much will, therefore, be said about sustainability, one of the fundamental values of Mirage which, in the 6 days of events throughout the city, and with as many as three locations, will be bringing to life a true Mirage Experience: Mirage Project point in Milan, the University of Milan and LivinWOW will be the venues dedicated to Mirage Design Week 2022.

Mirage will be at the start of the Milan event taking part on 6 June 2022 in the eagerly-awaited opening press conference of the Fuorisalone organised by Interni at the University of Milan: a number of elements of the EpicArc project, the fruit of a collaboration between Mirage and the architect Andrea Boschetti, founder and artistic director of the Metrogramma firm of architects, will be displayed.

It’s a capsule collection of tables that challenge accepted standards and aims at revolutionising porcelain stoneware in furnishing elements. The EpicArc project will also be displayed inside the Mirage Project Point in Brera from 7 to 11 June, where Mirage’s new collection, Papier, will also be presented in preview.

Andrea Boschetti will again be a protagonist on Wednesday 8 June with the “10 students for 10 questions” workshop promoted by Mirage. This is a dialogue on two urban projects under development managed by Metrogramma: the new Parco del Cerchio Rosso, symbol of the rebirth of Genoa, and the new LOC (Loreto Open Community) Square in Milan; two examples of the ecological transformation process in progress in Italy.

The first day of FuoriSalone will also see the opening of “LivinWOW. We Design, You live in WOW”, an exhibition project that represents a completely new way of communicating projects and Interior Design to Real Estate operators, in which Mirage’s flooring and wall covering solutions will be exhibited.
